چکیده

Objective: Shoulder pain and disability are mostly seen following rotator cuff rupture. Arthroscopic repair becomes a gold standard treatment for rupture when conservative fails. Comparing functional results, retear rates reoperation of arthroscopic in terms single-row versus double row techniques is our aim this study.
Material Method: Overall, 174 surgery patients were specified into 2 groups. Group 1 consists 81 underwent group 93 consisted transosseos equivalent technique row. We evaluated demographic data American Elbow Surgeons, Constant Murley, Visual analogue scale 36-item Short Form subscale scores.
Results: Mean follow-up time was 14.08±4.77 months. ASES, CM VAS ARCR similar between two Some SF-36 score improvements after operation significantly better 2; role limitations due to physical health (p = 0.041), energy/fatigue 0.026), emotional well-being 0.017), 0.010), general 0.037). Re-rupture different. In re-rupture rate 13.6% it 1.1% 0.001).
Conclusion: Lower rates, improved quality life outcomes at short-term can be obtained by double-row repair. suggest that the considered who have medium large tears lower some outcomes.

Clinical outcomes of single versus double row, transosseous equivalent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair

Rotator cuff tears are common and are expected to present with increasing frequency as the population ages. Various techniques in surgical repair have been described to improve clinical outcomes. A arthroscopic transosseous-equivalent double row repair is believed to be superior, with improved tendon to bone contact area and reduced gap formation. In our series of 143 patients, with 76 undergoi...
